Equipment & ingredients


35ml Boe Violet Gin, 15ml Aperol, 75ml Pink Grapefruit Soda Splash, 1x Copa wine glass, Garnish: Grapefruit wedge basil leaf cracked pepper, 1x Mixing tin and Boston Glass

Making a Pamplemousse Spritz

Step one

Throw in the ingredients

Add the Boe Violet Gin, Aperol and Pink Grapefruit into the Boston glass

Step two

Add the ice

Add the cubed ice to the mixing tin, pour the ingredients from the boston glass into the mixing tin

Step three

Start shaking

Shake vigorously hard and fast for 10 to 15 seconds and serve in ice filled copa glass, garnish with a grapefruit wedge, basil leaf and cracked pepper
