Boe Scottish Gin, winner of a Silver Medal at the World Gin Awards, has now been joined by Boe Violet Gin, Boe Peach & Hibiscus Gin Liquer and Boe Scottish Bramble Gin Liqueur, to create an outstanding family.
The subtleties of Boë Scottish Gin are all in the selection and preparation of its botanicals – that fine balance of herbs and spices so crucial to its distinctive taste and quality.
Juniper berries and their flavoursome oils are at the heart of our gin distillation, but it takes many more elements to make Boë special. There’s the aromatic Coriander and Angelica. We include Ginger, Orris Root and Cassia Bark – or Chinese cinnamon as it’s sometimes known, one of the oldest of all spices. Warmth and flavour come from the Grains of Paradise. Orange and Lemon peel are there too delivering a hint of citrus, together with Cardamom Seeds, Liquorice, Almonds and the peppery tones of the Cubeb Berry.
And the taste? Clean, spiced and strikingly refreshing.
Boe Scottish Gin, the winner of a silver medal at the World Gin Awards 2014, is named after the inventor of gin, Professor Franz de la Boe. It is a classic London gin made with a careful combination of 13 botanicals. And the taste? A high class gin, characteristically citrus with extraordinary balance and smoothness.Visit our shop
